SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We want your ASCEND products to reach you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days. EU Warehouse (Scandinavia priority): 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping on all orders over 499 NOK. Orders under 499 NOK are charged a flat rate of 49 NOK for delivery within Norway.

ORDER TRACKING

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also check your order status on our order tracking page at any time.

SHIPPING ZONES

We currently ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and the rest of the EU. International shipping rates vary by destination. All orders ship from our EU warehouse for the fastest possible delivery to Scandinavian customers.
