Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard US delivery is 5-10 business days after a 1-3 day handling window. International (Canada, UK, EU, Nordics, Australia, NZ) is 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Nordics, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders ship at a flat $25 USD on most products.

Where does my order ship from?
We work with vetted fulfillment partners across multiple regions. Your order ships from whichever warehouse holds your item - usually the closest one to your destination.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your country's customs authority. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in the order total.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Email shopascendio@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Email shopascendio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.

Products

How long until I see results?
Most users notice initial changes within 2-4 weeks of daily use. Visible long-term improvements (jawline, skin tone, beard growth) typically show at 8-12 weeks. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Are your products tested on animals?
No. All ASCENDIO skincare and grooming products are cruelty-free.

Are the ingredients safe for sensitive skin?
Our skincare line uses dermatologist-vetted formulations. If you have a known skin condition or sensitivity, we recommend patch-testing on your inner arm for 24 hours before full use.

Do you offer bundles or subscriptions?
Yes - see our bundle products (Triple Kit, Face Sculpt Duo, Skincare Starter). Subscription pricing is coming soon. Sign up to the newsletter for early access.

Payment & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster, but it's optional.
