30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be unused and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund. Opened or used products may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. The ASCEND Starter Kit must be returned complete with all items included.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return or refund request, email us at support@ascendmen.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The angrerettskjema (right of withdrawal form) is available upon request by contacting support@ascendmen.com.
